Pesticide Complaint
To report a non-emergency pesticide illness, injury, or complaint, please contact the OC AWM Pesticide Use Enforcement program at OCAGPUE@AWM.OC.GOV or call our office at (714) 955-0100.
If you are currently being exposed to pesticide spray or drift, especially if you are having serious health problems like difficulty breathing, remove yourself from the area immediately and call 911.
What details will help OC AWM in investigating your report?
- Where did the incident occur?
- City?
- Location (ex. home, work or in a public area)?
- The date and time of the incident.
- How many people or animals were affected by the incident?
- If you or anyone else experienced any physical or other symptoms?
- If, so please describe symptoms.
- Was anyone hospitalized?
- A brief description of the incident, including what you saw, smelled, or felt.
- Include any relevant photos and/or videos of the incident.
- The chemical or product name of the pesticide, if available.
Sharing your contact info (name, phone, or email) is not required, though it will help us in our investigation.
